Welcome to OGCraft. By accessing or using our website (https://ogcraft.dev) and our dynamic OpenGraph image generation API (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Service

OGCraft provides an automated API service that generates dynamic OpenGraph images on the fly based on user-defined parameters, templates, and metadata.

Our images are optimized for high speed, instant global CDN delivery, and social media preview compatibility across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, and Discord.

3. Accounts and API Keys

You must create an account to access the API and dashboard features.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

You are fully responsible for all activities, requests, and usage generated using your API keys.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use OGCraft to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

Generate, store, or distribute illegal, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic content.

Attempt to breach, probe, or compromise the integrity or security of our infrastructure, API limits, or networks.

Resell or redistribute the API directly without prior written authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules immediately and without prior notice.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Plans & Quotas

OGCraft offers Free, Pro, and Agency tiers. Usage limits (monthly image generations) are enforced according to your active plan.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our payment provider, Stripe.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are billed on a prorated basis for the remaining billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal to avoid future charges.

6. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

Target SLA Uptime: 99.9%

We strive to maintain high availability (99.9% target uptime). However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

OGCraft, its founder, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, loss of data, or API unavailability.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
